International Christian Youth Ministry is an interdenominational ministry in Teacher Mantey near Nsawam in the Suhum Cralboa Coaltal District in the Eastern Region of the Republic of Ghana. The ministry was formed in 2004 with the purpose to educate God's people in the principles of Biblical Evangelism; to encourage the body of Christ to faithfully fulfill the Great Commission; to equip every believer with the necessary resources to practically proclaim the Gospel and to develop Global Outreach programs to help the youth, children and families with life controlling problems .We demonstrate the love of God in a tangible way so that people can respond to the call of salvation. We enrich the communities and develop leadership by educating and assisting impoverished children and families without discrimination. We empower poor families and children who are extremely poor by helping them find practical and sustainable ways of lifting themselves out of poverty. Families and children are often ill with preventable, treatable or curable illness and do not have the means to attend hospitals in cities and this eventually turn in to death.We locate communities in which to provide sustainable EVANGELISM outreach programs with achievable goals. Our intent is to develop and produce the necessary materials and training so that faith communities and local congregation may become centers of mission. These materials will include Bible studies and guides to assist the unchurched person to receive and understand the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the basic tenets of the Christian faith etc.

Some of our primary problems are lack of resources,leadership personnel, organization learning materials, financial assistance and training centers to facilitate the aims of the organization.It will be very important to proclaim liberty in Christ to the world and must allow God`s message to break through our heart seek diligently sinners being brought to Christ and Christians strengthened in the word.Our aim is to train workers for Christ and build churches.Most of the communities where we serve have no bible or community schools and children are left uneducated. Education has the power to rewrite the future of children. Education can break the cycle of poverty and conflict. Good quality education can offer psychological support and healing, and can protect children from physical harm, exploitation and violence. Children can learn how to help themselves with life supporting work such as carpentry, sowing ,a cknowledge they can pass to their children and communities. Education promotes peace and can foster the possibility of a stable future. It encourages conflict resolutions, tolerance, human rights and citizenship. It can reduce both poverty and inequality, and lay the foundation for bright future. Educating a girl child is a very powerful way to generate social prosperity. A mother's education can significantly affect her children's survival, and the community as a whole.
